Summer Intern to CEO

More on Steward:

Rapidly growing fin-tech start-up (1,000+ waitlist with zero marketing spend), started by Harvard and HBS alum who is ex-Facebook, McKinsey. At Steward, we're working on opening up the 1%'s wealth strategies to more American families - specifically first-gen high earners - using cutting-edge tech. Our goal is to help families make the most of their money to help them take care of their families and live life on their own terms.

Role:

An energetic, detail-oriented intern who is a self-starter and will work hand-in-hand as the intern to our CEO. You're passionate about our mission, and want to help turbo-charge our growth and the number of families we can serve.

Examples of projects we'll ask your help with and skills you'll build include:

  • Personal finance: You'll help us build real personal-finance gameplans for families in their 20s-40s to help them solve some of their most burning pain-points - "how much home can we afford?", "can we afford to have a baby", "when will i have enough to do the work I love vs. worry so much about money?".  Extra bonus - you'll come away having learned a 101 course on the 1%'s wealth strategies. If you're asking...why is there no class on this at Harvard? Great question! That's what tons of our clients ask us as well!
  • Modern Marketing: Creating video and written content to significantly increase how many families we reach
  • Data analytics: Work side-by-side with our CEO in setting up analytics for our website and app, to help us improve conversion and engagement
  • Communications: helping do research for blog posts to answer our user families' most pressing questions, and help us launch and co-write a monthly newsletter
  • Automation: Helping us automate processes and utilize new tech, to more rapidly welcome new families to our service and improve our current features / collect feedback

Compensation:

$25/hour with performance bonus
